It has its ups and downs and it is not always plain sailing. Many a time we can work through our challenges solo or with the help of a family member or friend, but every so often it’s great to have a an objective helping hand who can see the big picture and provide a different perspective. Sometimes we need that space where as a parent, partner, employee, team member, family member or the likes, we can be ourselves without judgement, and release some of our fears and concerns. This can help to lighten our load and normalise some of our thoughts and feelings.
