Johan Broodryk Sr started as an estate agent in Bethlehem on the 2nd of January 1990 and completed his board examination that same year. He also completed many courses in the industry over the next 5 years with well known franchises.

On 25th of July 1995 Johan Broodryk Properties was established with Johan as sole proprietor and eversince became a household name in Bethlehem and the Eastern Free State.

On 1st of January 2006 Johan was joined by his son, Johan Jr after his matric examination. Johan Jr also completed his estate agent affairs board examination early 2006. The business went from strength to strength and by the end of 2006 was changed to a CC.

We are a family business and we are a father and son team with very high standards regarding Professional Service, Integrity, Honesty and Trust. Our clients always comes first because they are the foundation of our business.

We do SPECIALIZE in selling, letting and management of all residential and commercial property.

Both of us also obtained the NQF4 and NQF5 qualifications as prescribed by the EAAB (ESTATE AGENCY AFFAIRS BOARD). Johan Jr also completed the MPRE (Master Practitioner in Real Estate) qualification.

For the past 2 years we were also joined by both our wives, Dalene and Rone and they are doing all the administrative duties at the office.

All of us have a PASSION for our business. If this was not the case we would not have been around for the past 21 years.
