Come and experience the Magic of the African bush-life as Frans our Bush Guide takes us into the Cradle of Humankind - world renowned anthropologists have documented this area as being the place where the oldest human remains have been found.

The Sterkfontein Caves is the gateway to this mystical heritage – which will be experienced firsthand. After this enlightening experience we will be travelling north to the Mystical Magaliesburg Mountains where we will encounter the countryside where many Irish, English and Boer clashes took place.

Experience the past through sleeping in an Ox-Wagon, an African Cultural Village and Tented Camps under the African stars. Listen to the African night-life next to the warmth of a camp-fire as Frans enlightens us with many stories of the African fables and folklore.

Hikes, horse-rides and game drives will all be part of your African Connection. You will see birds, insects, game, and experience first hand, the interaction of species which keeps the ecology together. Frans’s knowledge of geology will clearly illustrate the amazing interaction as well as interdependence between trees, shrubs and grasses which sustain and preserve Life in the bush.

Further north we will visit the Pilansberg Nature Reserve where we will have the privilege of viewing the Big Five up close. Elephant, Lion, Leopard, Wildebeest, Rhino, Giraffe, Zebra, Crocodile and many species of antelope and birds will be seen along the way.

Accommodation varying from tented camps to semi-luxury chalets will be provided during the time of your stay with us. Breakfast and evening meals will all also be provided as part of the Tour. Lunch time snacks will need to be purchased during our midday stops.

An overnight stay at Lesedi African Cultural Village will leave you with a life-long impression of why South Africa is truly a Rainbow Nation – a Nation that speaks in 11 different tongues - yet flies one flag! We will also visit an African Aids Orphanage to view first hand, the positive attitude of these amazing souls who almost always have a smile on their faces – against all odds!
