Irene Village Hall

This historic, secure venue, catering for up to
140 people seated, is available for hire.
Fridays & Saturdays: R2500
Weekdays: R120 per hour
Included in this price is the use of 20 tables and 200 chairs, the use of the kitchen, patio and the
garden.
A refundable deposit of R1000 is required which will be returned to the hirer after hall inspection and the keys have been handed back to the Hall Manager. The hall is to be left in a spotless condition and is the sole responsibility of the hirer.
Only full payment secures bookings.
There is an indemnity form to sign covering the rules for hiring the hall. Music must be turned
down at 24h00 (midnight) and the hall must be vacated by 02h00. Own cleaning staff must be
provided.
