We at inVigor wellness, aim to enrich our clients' lives by welcoming them to our raw juice detox retreats. Raw cold-pressed juicing is our main focus, as this is a fantastic way to induce concentrated nutrients to the body with the energy from the sun, the earth and its plants. Raw juicing helps with the elimination of toxins, provides natural energy and boosts cells with nutrients. It also assist in treating other ailments such as skin, digestive and/or internal health issues.
Other aspects we include are exercise, yoga, massage therapy, live blood analysis, herbal teas, super foods, raw food and natural vitamins & minerals.
