We would love to welcome you to Impressions Retreat, we offer a romantic but rustic breakaway, with total privacy and warm South African hospitality.
The log cottages, in the bush, with private deck overlooks the Magaliesberg range and surrounding foothills, cottage Air has its own private unheated swimming pool, fire pit and braai area. Cottage storm has its own Jacuzzi, fire pit and brai area. ( Please be advised fires are prohibited when there is wind, due to the fire risk and all fires need to be put out with water- hosepipe supplied)
The interior is furnished with queen size bed, a simple but elegant en suite bathroom with shower and kitchenette with fridge, and gas oven and stove top. No TV
Two additional single beds may be added to accommodate 2 children. Linen and Bath towels provided. In winter, electric blanket on queen and fan heater provided.
Welcome chocolates and fresh fruit on arrival, with complementary tea, coffee, sugar and 500ml milk per stay supplied in the cottage.Items to bring along: Swimming towels, items of a personal nature, food.
Access is via 5 km sand road and crosses the Wagenpadspruit. During rainy season it can get quite muddy.
Come and relax, spend some quality time away from the rush, enjoy the outdoors, take a walk, picnic under the large tree in the bushveld setting along the river, enjoy the night sounds and star studded skies from your deck. The natural game roaming the area are not human imprinted, and are therefore totally wild
We regret, neither quad bikes, weapons nor pets are permitted.

Once booked, an e -mail confirming dates of arrival and any additional requests made, will be sent. In order to secure your reservation a 50% deposit will be due to guarantee your reservation by the expiry date indicated. Reservations must be paid for in full 7 days before arrival. Cancellation fees are charged as follows: Up to 2 Weeks before arrival full refund. Less 20% admin fee . Within 2 weeks of arrival 50% cancellation fees is charged. Within 7 days cancellation is non refundable. Date change of reservation up to 7 days before arrival R150.00. Within 7 Days cancellation policy applies. No refund for early departure.
Please be advised that access to the property is vai a 5 km sand road and crosses the Wagenpadspruit. In rainy season this road can get quite muddy in patches, and though it does not happen often, the Wagenpadspruit can flood. Should the road be un-passable, we will contact you and rebook for an alternative available date at no cost. Normal cancellation policy shall apply.
Breakage Policy:
We like to trust our guests to treat our property with respect.
Small accidents can happen, larger ones shall be charged for at the damaged amount.
Indemnity
By entering these premises you the visitor understand that you enter at your own risk. Impressions Retreat, Synergy C.F.S. and all its affiliates and workers will not be held liable in the event of injury, loss, damage, theft or death while on its premises.
All quests require their own medical and theft and damage insurance for their personal items.
