IKO

The main primary objectives of this organization is to fight piracy, teach and showcase artistic skills such as music, dance and drama, enhance technical skills, turn artistic talents into careers and start and enhance small businesses.
The organization’s secondary objectives is to form youth groups and advice centers, bring educational activities to disadvantaged children, educate disadvantaged communities about organic food, promote healthy environment and instill self awareness and confidence to our youth.

IKO is always trying to make sure that all its objectives are fully met by engaging in school projects such as starting vegetables gardens and collecting cans and plastic waste for recycling and also raise awareness and educate about the impact of piracy on our local economy. The organization also tries to give young and upcoming artists a platform to perform and showcase their talent to the community.



IKO has also helped some developing artists to get recognition and some of them have even gone as far as getting record deals from independent record label and actors getting gigs for TV shows and theatre.
The organization does not only give artists platforms but also help engineers and technicians gain certain skills in their desired field and many of them has also had the chance to work during the 2009 confederations cup and during the 2010 world cup, of which both tournaments were hosted in our beautiful country.

IKO has done a lot of charity work for organizations such as Orlando children’s home.



Correctional service department,

The organization has also worked with the correctional services to help rehabilitate the inmates and to end gangsters’ in prison and promote education amongst prisoners. We also work with several NPO’s that are formed by prisoners.
Cancer associations SHAVATHON


We gathered there to take part in the great initiative in fighting cancer and supporting cancer survivors through raising funds by hosting the event and inviting the public to take part in shaving their hair and donating towards the course.
Social development
We have been involved in helping disadvantaged families from the township and squatter camp with food; clothing and helping them get the proper documentations in order to obtain social grants.

Events
We organize fun-day for other organizations and community at large by cooking lunch for our elders and orphans.
We always host events and also try to organize donations from co-operate companies who are always keen with the idea of giving back to the community, though sometimes it is hard to find co-operates who are willing to commit themselves to our innovative projects.



As an organization the passion we have for our craft we will continue to preach positive message until government and companies join us.
