iER is a dedicated emergency response and disaster management network designed to respond to the emergency needs of all South Africans. A national network that connects you to a centralized 24 hour call centre that dispatches emergency personnel when you need them.

iER's network is fronted by an easy to use and graphically appealing mobile application containing a database of 1000's of rescue and security personnel.

iER’s managed, 24 hour, call centre provides you with direct access to a rapid response support network consisting of highly trained personnel.

The iER call centre, once it has determined the nature of your emergency and what response is required, will dispatch the appropriate type of emergency response unit you need, when you need it - 24 hours a day – everyday.

iER is a mobile app that tracks your phone's location. If you are in a situation where you need assistance, open the app and press the emergency button. You will then be contacted by the central call centre who will determine the correct response personnel and dispatch them to your emergency.

If you don’t or are unable to respond, we will contact your emergency contacts as well as the rest of your iER group.
