Ichillies

I have always enjoyed my food with a bit of chilli heat in it and I started cooking chillies as a way of preserving its freshness some years back when I had three plants of bird's eye chillies in my yard.
Over time, my plants were producing less and less fruit until they stopped.
Well, fast forward to earlier this year, I resumed preparing and preserving chillies for my consumption and realised that quite often my visitors would request to take some chillies home after tasting it. That's when the idea to prepare and package the chillies for resale grew in me.
Hundreds of jars have since been sold since and I am inspired to keep on improving the product and developing new ones from the feedback I get from the consumers.
