Icezeit (Traditional Italian Ice Cream).

With over 150 flavours of your favorite Gelato and Sorbets, Icezeit boasts the kind of European pedigree that makes it one of Cape Town's must-taste delicatessen destinations. With the Production situated at 32 Waterkant Street, Icezeit opened doors in 2007.

At Icezeit, fresh fruit and fresh pasteurized milk form the main ingredients of our Sorbets and Gelato, while sugar volumes are kept deliberately low.

For our Gelato, we use a warm production process which involves heating the ingredients up to 85 degrees and then cooling it down to 4 degrees.
It involves highly specialised imported equipment that ensures a smooth, creamy, flavorsome result. This warm process adds texture and depth to the final product.

Pay us a visit to sample the variety of flavors. There is our decadent gelato's - or if you are health conscious, you'll also find a wide range of seasonal fruit sorbets which will appeal as much to kids as they do to more discerning palates.
