LEAPFROG CHANGES MANAGEMENT AND NAME
Constant change is a business reality, and organizations must continually adapt to their environments to stay competitive or risk becoming obsolete.
At the advent of a local investor taking a financial interest in Leapfrog Hermanus, the need for changing management also became an excellent opportunity to redirect the business as an independent contender in the local property market under the fresh descriptive name Homes@Hermanus and to, with the implementation of redefined strategies, advance to new heights of service delivery with an increased market share as a result.
The new management at Homes@Hermanus, which will be headed by its principal, Riaan van Zyl, embraces the truth that an organization’s change capability will become a greater requirement for sustainable performance.
The Homes@Hermanus team will certainly look at improving its conversion rates as, although we certainly have built up quite an impressive sales stock and, thanks to the state of the art property administration system and human resources to our disposal, an ever increasing data basis of prospective purchasers and tenants being constantly fed through lead generation, there is still room for improvement in converting these into sales or tenancies.
We at Homes@Hermanus are of the opinion that the tie-up with an exciting new name, whilst still maintaining the benefit of its strong local and descriptive quality, will stand our efforts at selling houses within the shortest possible time at the highest possible price, which is essentially what our clients expect from us, to good stead. What is more, to be independent helps a great deal in being free to immediately act on what the ever changing market demands from its players.

Although our branding and signage will change, from our clients’ perspective, nothing necessarily changes, as our office’s address, contact numbers, staff structure and Principal remain intact. Furthermore, we shall continue with our best efforts to provide you, our clients, with the personal (yet professional) services that we have always prided ourselves on.

Homes@Hermanus trusts that, as it will remain the same legal entity that has been mandated by you, that it may merely proceed with existing mandates and to also just change our “For Sale”-boards with new ones.
