Holi Cannoli

At Holi Cannoli we like to play with our food and will adjust the menu according to the event and venue. We can do almost everything from baking to braai. Just let us know what you need.

Cannolis are our trademark speciality and these mouthwatering italian deserts are freshly baked on the trailer at the event.

Even though life is short and everybody should eat desert first, we understand that something more substantial is in order.

Therefor we offer you teriyaki pork belly or slow roasted beef brisket, both served on a roll with micro greens.

For the gluten intolerant, we offer a gluten free cottage pie. Made with spicy mince and mashed gem squash.
Another gluten free option is roasted veg with rocket, feta and mashed gem squash. Both served in the squash shell, provided they are big enough.

We also sell coffee and gourmet milkshakes.
