Hlengani Mining Services

Hlengani Mining Services (Pty) Ltd is a 100% black owned and managed company primarily based in Carletonville, West of Johannesburg. The company is growing from strength to strength as a supplier, distributor and installer of valves and pumps in the Gauteng area. We service all sectors requiring our products from the mining industry to the broader manufacturing sectors, and local governments.

We source and supply products of the highest standards backed by manufacturer’s warranty and service agreements. All our suppliers are ISO accredited and all products supplied are SABS approved.

VALVES:
Our product range include variety of valves such as Butterfly, Wedge Gate, Sleeve (Cone) Dispersal, Reflux, and Automatic Control Valves for the Water Industry. Smaller, low pressure, commodity type valves including rising and Non-Rising Spindle RSVs up to DN600, Flanged/Wafer Type Rubber Lined Butterfly Valves and Double Door Wafer Check Valves.

PUMPS:
Our Pumps developed products to embody local conditions, focussing on the Mining- and Wastewater Sector. Our contract supplier provides products which bear patent rights locally and internationally, which indicates its unique properties.

DESIGN
A quality product starts with the knowledge to design a product in such a way that the pattern is easily producible. This will ensure that the foundry moulder can assemble moulds and cores without difficulty. Designing and drawings are done on Inventor and Auto Cad Software by an in-house Draughtsman.

Our pump supplier, invents and designs products in such a manner that it is easily maintainable by repairing or replacing parts without a complete unit strip down. Multiple parts are interchangeable, resulting in cost saving.

CONTROL SYSTEMS
With our partners, we are also able to supply and install Pressure Reducing Stations, PRDS Stations and Desuperheating Stations, Piston Valves, boiler efficiency monitoring system, Dust/Stack/Gas/Oxygen Monitors, Steam boilers, thermocompressor system, Vortex Flowmeters, and various Control Systems

SAFETY SIGNS
Our branding side of the business will supply some of the following: Yellow, White and Red road marking paint - SABS approved, road marking thinners, road signs, Directional Boards, Company Branding and Safety Posters.

ENERGY SOLUTIONS
Through one of the Group Companies, we provide a broad range of energy solutions such as solar panels, solar geysers, solar street lights, LED lamps for commercial and domestic use.

Hlengani Mining Services also offers valuable product advice, design, installation and after sales support.
