Welcome to South Africa,

The land of unfathomable beauty. I have lived in Cape Town for the most part of my life. I have also been hiking from before I can remember. It all started with my grandfather Jack William Andrew Viljoen, who instilled in us (his eight grandchildren) a great love for nature, the outdoors and a general appetite for adventure. Growing up we hiked all the Peaks surrounding the Cape, and beyond. Many school vacations were spent away with the Oupa Jack and my cousins in his VW Kombi camping and hiking and exploring the many small towns and mountain ranges of South Africa.

My grandfather passed the gift for sharing nature with others on to, us his grandchildren.
I personally find nothing more enjoyable than showing people that I meet the beauty that is Cape-Town’s Nature.
