Here's To Health offers Life Coaching services, either in person or over Skype.

I offer coaching to both Christians and non-Christ followers. My job is to partner with you as you take weekly steps towards your physical, spiritual or emotional goal. Your job is to allow me to hold you accountable as you take the small and practical steps that will lead you towards your goal.

With Christians, Jesus and prayer remain the central focus while we achieve your goal. With non-Christ followers, we focus solely on the goal you wish to achieve :)

I am a Christ follower, thyroid cancer survivor and certified Life Coach with my Honours in Psychology. During my struggle with cancer, my life became so wrapped up in sickness that I did not know who I was when my treatment was over. I used Life Coaching skills and my identity in God to find my way again. Maybe you are not sick, but your life is just not where you thought it would be. I would love to help you take the next steps towards a physically, spiritually or emotionally happier and healthier you.
