We are categorized as a “Drop in Centre”, this means as part of our core functions HPEYDC uplifts the youth goals to ensure success and reducing governmental dependency and youth unemployment. We are promoting social, environmental skills, religious, arts and sport, cultural, business and political leadership, so as to solidify knowledge of young people to better their tomorrow.
