The North West Province of South Africa has a diversity of landscapes ranging from a mountainous subtropical climate in the eastern region, savannah plains in the central region, to the arid plains of the Kalahari in the far western region. HartzView Hunting Safaris offers hunting concessions in the south western region of the province where year round sunny climate with hot summers and mild winters makes this part of South Africa a favourite hunting destination. It is a summer rainfall region, with a short rainfall season from December to March. This region is also a Malaria free area.
The diversity in the habitat of this region supports a wide range of game species with excellent trophy quality. Our concessions are home to Buffalo, Sable Antelope, Kudu, Eland, Gemsbok, Zebra, Blue Wildebeest, Red Hartebeest, Giraffe, Waterbuck, Nyala, Springbok, Impala, Blesbuck and many others. Over 200 bird species can be seen.
