Hambanathi Mission For Christ

HMFC was established in the Heart of the Community of Braemar. Poverty, lack of education and spiritual guidance are few of the motivational factors that led to the establishment of the PEOPLE CENTRED organization.
Focus on Youth, Women and development of Children to embrace a brighter, Christ Centred future is at the helm of the mission statement.
The Church caters for 120 children, 30 women and 30 youth. The needs of the community range from basic hygiene products to bare essentials. The role of the Church is to equip the community to become self- reliant, educated and Christ Like so that they may shine and be the Best that they are PURPOSED to be. The Children of the community attend service and Sunday School weekly as they are hungry for the Word of God. The community has been served by the Church through various projects such as School Shoes, Hygiene products, Essentials for women, and weekly feeding schemes just to name a few.

The Congregation stand together with the Servant of God in all community projects, thus Unity is compelling in an underdeveloped area.
