Do you own an Accommodation Establishment and need a well-deserved break from time to time?

Nic and Sharon are available to assist in your absence so that you don’t need to close your business.

We would be delighted to look after your establishment, long or short-term.

For most of our careers we have been involved in various Travel and Tourism industries including Hotels, Guest Houses and Restaurants. We have managed on behalf of owners as well as owned our own small businesses through which we gained an integral understanding and passion for the business.

As a competent and experienced mature couple, we cope well under pressure and adjust well to the routines at your establishment.

We will take over and handle the full running of your business from the financial side of things, all bookings and enquiries (Nightsbridge, SafariNow.com, Booking.com, PayBridge, etc.), purchasing for your establishment, staff management to maintaining all standards of cleanliness and hospitality.

Since we know the importance of guest satisfaction, each of your guests will be made to feel welcome from the moment they arrive until the moment they leave. Any request, big or small will be given priority at all times.

We are available individually or as a couple for short to long term locum/relief work, i.e. over weekends, for a few days or weeks and our services include on-site stay-overs or coming in daily.

Once you have decided on your dates, we will meet with you to discuss your requirements and spend some time with you at your establishment to get an overview of your operations and meet with your Staff. Should your establishment be further than 50kms out of Port Elizabeth, we can make alternate arrangements to chat (e.g. Skype).

We are also prepared to provide you with our Driver’s License, Copy of ID and Proof of Residence.
