Griffons Bush Camp

Griffons is designed for those who value privacy and peace when they get away to the bush, and is in a Big Five area. The Bush Camp consists of four 2-bed thatched chalets with shower and flush toilet adjoining each, and a main kitchen/dining area.

Hence, the camp can be booked out as a whole, by families or groups wishing to stay together, yet wanting their own private space. The camp is principally self-catering, but catering can be arranged if required. The camp is serviced daily, and the kitchen is equipped with gas freezer, fridge and stove, as well as crockery and cutlery, and a variety of cooking utensils.

Showers are heated by solar energy. A small splash pool, using no chlorine, can be filled on request for guests. Ideal as a base to the neighboring Marakele National Park, or simply as an idyllic retreat, Griffons provides an excellent value bush getaway.

Visitors can enjoy an environment that is personal and secluded, yet with the options of Big Game viewing both within the reserve, and in the adjacent National Park, a few kilometers away.
