Greyton EcoLodge

Greyton EcoLodge provides affordable accommodation for up to 65 people - individuals, families or groups - in the heart of Greyton, one of South Africa's most beautiful villages. It borders on the nature reserve in the foothills of a mountain range with indigenous fynbos. The EcoLodge is run by Greyton Transition Town, a registered non-profit organisation which brings the community together to find local solutions to the global challenges of peak oil and climate change. All profits from the EcoLodge are gifted to the organisation for its environmental education work. Courses are offered at the EcoLodge in eco-friendly activities such as natural building, renewable energy, permaculture, mushroom growing, upcycling and environmental awareness.
Dorms @ R140 per night, group discount can be arranged.
Room Rates R450 for twin or double bedroom, R270 single occupancy.
