Green Valley Shopping Centre

Green Valley Shopping Centre is another great project by Nevada Group. Nestled in a sweet valley amongst the mountains of the concrete jungle, Green Valley Shopping Centre boasts rivers of the brightest store opportunities, and streams of future flowing shoppers. Green Valley offers easy access, plenty of parking and the convenience of secure shopping minutes from home.

The Design stage started in 2011, in collaboration with LPA Architects. The Construction phase began in late 2012 and is managed by Nevada Group's Development Division. Foundations appeared in early November 2012 and the demand for new shops has been stronger than ever expected, as construction progresses.

Offering the residents of Greenstone, a shopping destination within walking distance from home, the new 7 000m2 Green Valley Shopping Centre is situated minutes from Edenvale and Modderfontein, so will comfortably serve these surrounding neighbourhoods. The final Tenant Listing will be determined in August 2013 - thereafter tenants will begin their process of outfitting their great new shops for the Grand Opening in November 2013!
