High levels of product safety, handling and quality control. Not allowed inside a Mall and Not allowed to tender. 2. FARMERS AND AGRIBUSINESS SUPPLIERS
Registration for farmers to be marketed and advertised through the Green Agrimarket website and to be the potential suppliers of Green Agrimarket.
Registration = R1500 – 00 (Annual subscription).
Farmers are registered under “FARMERS & AGRIBUSINESES” and they get the green code.
They use the green code to upload their farm produce pictures and videos.
3. SHARES
Shares =R100 each
Minimum that you can buy for = R5000 (Five thousand rands only) which is equal to 50 shares – BUY MORE SHARES TO GET MORE DIVIDENDS AND RETURNS.
50% returns on any amount you bought for. Eg: R500 000 you get R750 000
Maturity = 5 years only. We declare our dividends on the fifth year.

The Founder and CEO of Green Agrimarket, Phindwe Khwekhwe has been privileged to work for the South African government for a period of 22 years. She has planned and implemented Agri-Industry development initiatives in the field of dairy, livestock, deciduous fruits, citrus fruits, vegetables and entire crop production.

She has also worked in different provinces in South Africa such as Mpumalanga, Eastern Cape and has served in strategic Executive positions entrusted with program finance management and coordination (1,4 Billion). She has been the Executive Manager for various divisions including Rural Development, Food Security, Agribusiness development and Marketing.

She worked with multiple stakeholders such as International trade organizations, National Departments, Provincial Departments, Private sector Institutions, Development Agencies, Non-Governmental organizations, District and local municipalities, local business forums, traditional leaders and many others. She is currently sitting at different forums including Agribusiness forums, provincial and local government fora representing the Green Agrimarket. She was in-charge of the Department of Agriculture in Nelson Mandela Metropolitan and served as the Trustee of SRCC. She has strong leadership and business acumen; negotiation and networking skill, she strongly believe in innovative and creative solutions.


She has done Masters in Agriculture Economics (still), she wrote her thesis on the performance of National Fresh Produce Markets. She has completed Honors in Agriculture Economics which amongst the main courses are Agriculture Economics, Advanced Rural Finance, Agriculture Marketing, Project Planning and Analysis, Strategic Management, Quantitative Methods for Agricultural Economics, Rural Development, Physical-biological resources and Agriculture Policy Development.

She holds a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) with major courses being Accounting
(Financial accounting, Cost & Management Accounting), Monetary Economics, Labor Economics, Auditing, Taxation, Commercial Law, Business Management and Statistics.

She has completed National Diploma in Farm business management which amongst main courses were: Horticulture; Crop production; Agricultural Economics I, II & III; Agricultural Accounting I, II & III; Soil science; Soil classification; Communication Principles, Marketing, Agricultural Industry and Environment; Animal Production; Grazing Management; Rural Sociology; Farm Mechanics; Animal Health; Animal Nutrition and Breeding; Soil Fertility and Plant Nutrition; Agricultural Extension; Veld and Pasture Management; Project Management. Such qualifications have positioned her to have ease in managing multi million projects and ensure success of Franchisees.
