Nearly 40 years ago, Gorima’s began its journey with a single spice, Magi Masala. Today we boast a collection of food and baking ingredients from across the world. We are always searching far and wide for new flavours, specialising in the exotic spices of the Indo-Asian region. Inspired by the motto of our founder Khatija, “Anything you want, we get!”, our customers have always been the centre of our offerings.

Gorima’s growing product range includes imported and locally produced healthy snacks like dried fruit & nuts as well as non-food items including kitchenware and cookware.

We outsource the production of a variety of goods to our home industry partners in Durban, primarily run by underprivileged women. Gorima’s has over 30 informal suppliers who have acquired valuable business skills owing to our standards and policies pertaining to quality and exclusivity, ensuring that our customers receive the quality they have come to know and love.
