Good Ol' Days

Good Ol' days started with our strong passion for collecting vintage furniture, as well as anything old and unique that would make for some good conversation and allow one to reminisce of the good Ol' days. As a husband and wife team we have restored countless pieces during our 32 years of marriage. We believe in the saying "one mans trash is another mans treasure" as a lot of the items we find are neglected and no longer wanted. More than often our problem is that we want to keep all of these pieces as we can see the beauty in each of these previously treasured items. Our love of restoration and "shabby chic" style decor is really where the idea has turned into a side business as unfortunately we cannot keep everything........as much as we would want to.

We also offer our services to those who have a piece of furniture that they possibly may have inherited or may have some sentimental value but may not go with the current style of their home or is a bit "old fashioned". Let us take that item and help you turn it from drab to fab. We would be happy to work with you.

Good Ol' days is operated from our home, with us putting in as much time is as possible to get all these special pieces ready for resale (we work full time in education, but will always find the time to work on a piece or two).
All items are guaranteed to be as unique as is possible and turned out with pride and passion which will always show in our work.
