Glamfair was conceived by a young lady from Polokwane named Caroline Seabi in 2013.
"I've always been crazy about looking fabulous so I took the time to learn and master the craft of nail art which led to the discovery of other facets of beauty, I mean you cannot have fabulous nails without the completion of a perfect look with make up and hair . I have learned that looking a certain type of way can do wonders for your self-esteem " .
