GHETTO CrossFit is a personalised fitness facility in Boksburg, Johannesburg. We are located adjacent to the N12 highway, making us easily accessible to those coming/going from central, eastern and southern Johannesburg.

Mission

GHETTO CrossFit is a team of dedicated, passionate trainers that have come together to deliver the CrossFit program exactly as it is intended. The stimulus provided are by design, constantly varied, functional movements, performed at a high intensity, utilising a mix of body-weight exercises, weightlifting, gymnastics, kettlebells, running, rowing and skipping. Our specialty is not specializing and our goal is individualised attention & constant progress. The atmosphere is welcoming, and is one of support and camaraderie to anyone seeking improved physical fitness.

Company Overview

CrossFit is the principal strength and conditioning program for many police academies and tactical operations teams, military special operations units, champion martial artists, and hundreds of other elite and professional athletes worldwide.

The CrossFit program is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience. Our program delivers fitness that is, by design, broad, general, and inclusive, be it for the elderly, housewives, executives, individuals rehabilitating from injury or illness or cage fighters one month out from televised bouts. The needs of Olympic athletes and our grandparents differ by degree not kind, therefore we scale load and intensity; we don’t change programs.
