Key Performance Areas include:
- Receiving and placing calls
- Maintaining solid customer relationships by handling there questions and concerns with speed and professionalism
- Managing CEOs/ directors/ Managers diary
- Proactive communication with clients via telephone, email, regular mail and social media channels
- Support in event planning, creating and updating presentations, tracking budgets and expenses.
Performing various related administrative tasks

- Exceptional team player
- Fluent in English & Afrikaans
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills as well as a professional telephone manner
- Computer literate in MS Office
- Proficient in social media channels (e.g. Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Able to work independently to promote your companies needs
