Gelati De Luxe

Gelati De Luxe was started 45 years ago by an Italian family who brought the original Gelati recipes with them from Italy.
The unique traditional recipes, handed down from generation to generation, have remained a closely guarded company secret. All the ice cream manufactured by Gelati De Luxe is hand made and contains no preservatives or artificial colorants. In addition, the ice cream manufacturing process remains true to the original Italian method whereby ice cream is "slow frozen" in order to avoid crystallization.
Products include:
Italian Kisses - Bite sized domes of flavoured ice cream covered in creamy milk chocolate.
These delectable treats come packed in boxes of 25 or 294 and are available in the following flavours:
African Dream(Amarula), Black cherry, Caramel, Cappuccino, Chocolate, Hazelnut, Mint, Mocca and Vanilla.
Tartufo - This is a BIG kiss that is more than bite size!
A delectable dome of flavoured ice cream covered in milk chocolate. Tartufos are sold in boxes of 6 or 15 units and are available in the following flavours:
African Dream(Amarula), Black cherry, Caramel, Cappuccino, Chocolate, Hazelnut, Mint, Mocca and Vanilla.
Cassata Cake - This traditional cake has a very thin vanilla sponge cake as a base on top of which there are three layers of different flavoured ice cream. The first layer, which is traditional nougat ice cream with mixed peel and glace cherries, is followed by a layer of chocolate ice cream and finally topped with a layer of velvety vanilla ice cream.
This round cake comes pre-cut into 12 wedges - each slice is individually packed.
Torte Delizia - A delicious traditional desert to serve with coffee.
The very thin layer of chocolate cake is topped with a layer of Mocca ice cream followed by a layer of chocolate ice cream and finished off with the final layer of hazelnut ice cream.
Torte Guilia - The most decadent alcoholic cake you have ever tasted!
Zablione ice cream sandwiched between 3 layers of sponge cake that have been soaked in Marsala.
This cake is sold in either pre-cut or an un-cut loaf.
Full cream Gelati - 1, 2 and 5 litre tubs of traditional Full cream Italian Gelati in various flavours.
We will make up any flavour you might want. These special flavours will be priced on request.
Birthday cakes - Special birthday cakes made and priced per order.

Gelati Tubs - These scrumptious tubs are filled with 150ml of our quality handmade gelati.
Available on request in the following flavours:
Hazelnut, Chocolate, Strawberry, Cappuccino, Honey Amaretto, Almond, Wild berry, Mint and Vanilla.
