Gantt Chart Project Management

GCPM was founded by its Managing Director, Curt Jones in October 2008 as a closed corporation. It initially specialized in consultation and project management for small to medium sized enterprises.

In 2008 GCPM headed the Meriteng Extension 3 RDP Hosing Quality Audit. GCPM were called as expert witnesses in the arbitration process. In April 2009 GCPM were awarded their first project at Anglo Platinum, Waterval Smelter – ACP.The initial project consisted of the management of small Plant Change Notification (PCN) projects. The successful, professional and cost effective manner in which these projects were executed led to GCPM being awarded Stay In Business (SIB) and Expansion Capital Projects – two divisions of Anglo Platinum.

In December 2011 we became 30% black-owned and achieved a level 2 BEE status through our affiliation with the Anglo American Zimele Initiative and investment from our black partner and fellow director.

In February 2012, we converted the company from a Closed Corporation to (PTY) Ltd.
