Opened on 3 December 2010, by Francel (trained chef) & Natasha du Preez-Strauss. The new owners are Peet & Sandra Badenhorst, originally from Upington.

Bonita Solomons is in the kitchen as the chef (trained by the original owner-chef Francel), Freda Fysch is the front of house manager & Illy barista and Chrizelda Shapiro is our very friendly waiter and all-rounder.
