On average 8 out of 10 private residences do not offer "fully furnished" students accommodation or any other resources that help make the transition from enrolment to move-in easier on students. In 2013 we completed an extensive survey with students asking what the most difficult thing about moving into res was. Their #1 response, “Shopping”. That's right! The students just wanted to get on with their academic career, and would rather not waste time shopping.

After seeing the void that existed, Carl and Connie Heugh started Fresh Start Rental. Our aim is to provide a hassle free and convenient solution to students. Offering peace of mind, quality and affordability, making their transition to dorm life easy and stress-free! Everyone that we have approached, including Res heads and parents has raved about our concept and students simply LOVE it!
