Meridian Realty is a dynamic real estate company specializing in the marketing of residential properties throughout Gauteng and the Western Cape with offices in Sandton (our newest addition), Stellenbosch, George and Betty’s Bay. The company was established in 2005 in Stellenbosch, and in 2008 an office was opened in Betty’s Bay in the Overberg from where the Hangklip coastal towns of Kleinmond, Betty’s Bay, Pringle Bay and Rooi Els as well as other Overberg areas are serviced.

Having established ourselves in the Boland and Overberg regions, the iAgent concept was launched in 2013 by Meridian Realty, which expanded our areas of operation to the Atlantic Seaboard, the Helderberg basin (Gordon's Bay, Strand, Somerset West), the Cape Metropol, the Garden Route (George, Mossel Bay, Wilderness) and Sandton Johannesburg.

The word "meridian" has, amongst others, the following meanings:
