FLAMWOOD WALK

Diggers Development (Pty) Ltd was established in 1998, specifically for the development of approximately 80 000 sq meters of undeveloped land next to the N12 National Road opposite the Senwes Head Office in Klerksdorp. The Vision of Flamwood Walk was born and the first phase of the development was opened in April 2002.

By 2007 Flamwood Walk has established itself as a popular Regional Retail Precinct comprising over 20 000 sq meters of retail, value retail and motor showrooms. With its excellent position on the N12 Treasure Route, the Flamwood Walk Precinct has become a jewel in the crown of the City of Matlosana. With easy access from major road networks, its central position to other facilities, its pleasant, safe and upmarket environment. Flamwood Walk has proven to be a winning formula appealing to all communities.

Further expansion of Flamwood Walk is almost complete and the new extensions will build on these qualities to ensure even better service and increased popularity in the future.
