FEM has been providing compensation Insurance for workplace injuries and diseases to the construction industry since 1936.
FEM currently has in excess of 4500 policyholders on its books and is licensed by Minister of Labour to provide such insurance.
This mandatory insurance compensates employees and their dependents following injury or death, arising from occupational accidents, illnesses, or industrial diseases.
