ExecuAir opened its doors on 6 March 2006. Our aim with this company is to provide our customers with a better back up service and quicker response to call-outs.

With more than 38 years of combined management experience in the airconditioning and ventilation marked, we are able to offer a full range of services and expertise to our clients.

Our company is equipped with the latest modern equipment for installing, servicing and repairing of airconditioning systems. The capacities of the equipment we can offer range from as little as 1,95kW to 600kW split, air-cooled and self-contained package equipment, as well as water-cooled package equipment. Chilled-water systems, water cooled and air-cooled. Chiller installations done at Sasol Secunda, range from 40kW to 1200kW.

We are proud to be one of only a few Airconditioning companies in Mpumalanga that are certified for VRV and City Multi installations. This is the newest trend in environmentally friendly and energy efficient Airconditioning installations, with up to 50% saving on electricity usage.

We are proud to be a fully accredited Level 4 BBBEE company. We are striving toward upliftment of the previously disadvantaged communities, by training and skills development of our staff.

We have recently joined hands with Botlalo Services cc. This is a Level 3 BBBEE company, doing general supplies, airconditioning and ventilation with mining houses to the likes of Impala Platinum and Africa Rainbow Minerals (ARM). As a joined venture, ExecuAir provide the technical and financial backing to enable maximum growth and service excellence to all our clients.

ExecuAir is striving to comply with the standard set out by NOSA and ISO. We are working towards a documented Quality Policy in line to the ISO 9000:2000, with the aim of being fully certified in the near future.

We are proud to say that members were and are still associated with projects in Mozambique, Mali, Ivory Coast, Swaziland, Botswana and Angola.

Compulsory annual medical examinations are performed on all our staff, to ensure their health and to detect possible symptoms of illness. Safety meetings are held on a regular basis to ensure that all our staff members are aware of any hazards in and around the work situation.

Documented procedures are in place for equipment and personal safety in the work place. Registers as required by the Occupational Health and Safety Act (85 of 1993) are kept on all tools and equipment used.

We work closely together with our suppliers, always staying up to date with the latest technology regarding environmental issues.

With the large range of inverter and heat-recovery equipment available on the market, we are able to assist our clients with the best possible power saving solutions. These technologically advanced units also allow for reduction in harmful gas emissions and excessive use of electricity, thus contributing to the global act against global warming.

• Taking on large contracts and completing them in the shortest time-span possible, due to our manpower resources and flexibility.
• Servicing and maintenance on all makes of air-conditioners, including maintenance contracts.
• We also specialise in industrial ventilation, filtration and pessurisation.

We can supply and maintain almost any brand name of air-conditioner. We are also proud to say that our technicians are of the first in the country to undergo training on the new range of R410 gasses that will soon be the only lawful refrigerant-gas to be used, as implemented by government.

Our preferred brands include: Panasonic, Gree, Mitsubishi, Daikin, LG, Carrier, Samsung, TCL, Dunham-Bush, McQuay, GMC/Kelon and Trane. Due to the long term relationships we have developed with our suppliers, we can enter into any tender or quotation with the best prices available in the industry.

We have our own Spares Shop, carrying a whole range of refrigeration and airconditioning spares. Some of the spares include copper tubing, rubber insulation, refrigerant gasses, rotary compressors, filter driers, vacuum pumps, oils, flushing agents, manifold sets, and much more. We are in the fortunate position to be able to supply almost any spare parts available on the refrigeration and airconditioning market.

Our primary objective is to supply our customers, developers, architects and consultants with a professional, though informal service, technical back-up and design solutions, in a professional way not known to airconditioning industry.
