Emma Rogers - Personal Trainer

I am passionate about health and fitness and helping others achieve their goals in order to live an optimal life. I believe that every human being should be able to experience what their body is truly capable of physically. For me, I am able to experience fitness through the sport of CrossFit.

I am a qualified personal trainer with special interest in CrossFit, weight loss and corrective exercise. I am Crossfit Level 2 certified with a BSc in Human Kinetics and Ergonomics.

I just want to help people be better and experience life the way it should be... Healthy, Fit and Happy.
