Embark Training

Embark was launched in 2010, specifically to coach and guide beginners through their first triathlon. Weekly coached sessions in swim, bike and run are facilitated in groups, providing a safe and motivating environment and encouraging a healthy competitive spirit, set against the stunning backdrop of Cape Town’s Atlantic Seaboard. A tailored programme to suit each individual’s abilities and lifestyle is provided.

Whether your goal is to complete your first triathlon or take on the challenge of a half iron-man, Embark offers all year round goal-orientated group training. Embark also offers one-on-one triathlon coaching as well as personal training, in private gyms, homes or the great outdoors.
