Elands River Lodge

This 400ha farm boasts four chalets that can accommodate up to 20 people. A huge lapa with boma, pool-table & table-tennis table offers the excursionist uncomplicated surroundings to simmer down and unwind in. the swimming pool is provocatively situated in the centre of the lodge and is a necessity with the summer temperatures that can climb well up to the high 30's and day-time winter temperatures which averages at 23 degrees Celsius. A fully equipped open-plan kitchen completes the practical self-catering facilities the lodge offers. But what makes a visit to this lodge truly Epic, is the fenced-off lion camp which surrounds the lodge. The 3 ha camp around the lodge accommodates 1 male and 2 female lions to provide visitors with an authentic African-Lion experience. They will be the first thing you see when you wake up in the morning and you can listen to the King roar when you relax at the bonfire at night.
