Dynamic Fitness

Dynamic Fitness is a fitness class made up of two highly experienced instructors David and Dominic. We focuses on coaching our clients to learn gymnastics skills and improving your strength with body weight exercises.

We are a highly enthusiastic team who believe in pushing your self to try new things and learn more about what you are capable of doing as an individual.

Our training facility is situated in an artistic gymnastic hall in Monte Vista where you will work with different apparatus to learn dynamic skills and build your strength in a whole new way.
