It was developed for the sole purpose of revolutionising the health and food disinfection and sanitation industries by finding a bio-degradable and environmental friendly alternative to the harsh chemicals being used today, yet not compromising efficacy.

The G-CIDE technology is a worldwide patented and South African developed bio-security solution. It is a breakthrough in Anti-Microbial, Anti-Viral, and Anti-Fungal disinfection with the power to kill gently.

The G-CIDE technology won The Gold Medal at the 26th Inventors Congress in Geneva in 1998 for the
G-CIDE invention.

The award was based on three criteria:

All the products are manufactured by TM Chemicals and distributed through DuxHygiene (Pty)Ltd and comply with ISO 9001:2008 quality management system and ISO 13485:2003 for medical devices, SABS for disinfection and cosmetics and NRCS for the South African compulsory disinfection standards.
