This house is situated in Eureka Park, a suburb of Great Brak River. It is approximately 400 metres away from the lovely swimming beach at the Great Brak River Mouth.
This lovely house has been newly built by the owners for the exclusive use of holiday renting. The house offers you all the luxuries and amenities for 8 people. The downstairs part is completely tiled and the entire top section has laminated wooden flooring. The kitchen has a fridge, dishwasher and a centre island with a built-in under counter oven and hob as well as a microwave oven.
The house has a separate laundry section with a front loader automatic washing machine. The dining room has a large wooden table and the lounge has a built-in fireplace. There are also two large glass doors opening up onto a large patio that stretches the entire length of the house.
DSTV is available. You just have to bring your own decoder and smartcard. Outside you will also find a free standing braai that can be moved to the undercover section of the yard.
Leading from the lounge area, you find a separate guest toilet. Leading further from there, you find the main bedroom of the house. There is a lovely double bed and large built-in cupboards. The main bedroom also has a main En-Suite bathroom that consists of a corner bath, basinette and shower.
Going upstairs, you will find two bedrooms at the opposite sides of the top landing. Both bedrooms have built-in cupboards. The one bedroom has a double bed and the other bedroom has 4 single beds. Both bedrooms are sunny and airy as there are large skylight windows in each one. There is also a separate toilet as well as a separate shower on the top floor.
The house also has a separate toilet and shower with access from the outside for when you return from the beach. There is also a single lock-up garage to keep your car safe.

From George N2 highway towards Mosselbay: Take Great Brak River exit 409. At stop sign turn left onto Long Street. At next stop sign turn left again onto R102. Drive past the garage on the left, past "die Dekke" restaurant on the left and turn at the first street right onto Suiderkruis weg. Drive over the railway line and turn right on the first street. This is Duineweg. Right in front of you is the house, nr 16.
