Delikatessen Meat Co is a new company that specialises to produce the best quality venison deli meat products.

Our mission is to create such a demand for game meat that it will be next to beef and lamb on our daily menus. Veld raised game's meat has a huge advantage, it is organic, low in fat, could lower cholesterol levels, contains more protein and minerals than beef, and is free of growth hormones and antibiotics. The health-conscious consumer is the target market.

DMC opened its meat processing factory in May 2017 at Silverton Pretoria after a succesful campaign at Huntex. Although distribution is mostly to the trade, restaurants, delis, lodges and some retailers there is a factory outlet at the Silverton factory. We are excited to mention that DMC Stellenbosch opened its doors in Aug 2017 at Shop 10A, The Woodmill for distribution of the product range in the Cape region.

Products are:
- Biltong, sticks, dry wors, & chilli bites
- Smoked venison can be served as carpaccio
- Game salami
- Salami sticks,cabanossi, landjäger
- Frankfurters or knackwurst
- Pre-packed venison fillet, loins, shanks,goulash & mince
- Venison pastrami and ham
