Dlabane Construction (Pty) Ltd t/a Africa Civil & Building Construction was established in 1998 and is and 30% owned by PDI's. The company is based in Richards Bay with extensive experience in building and civil works.

The nature of the work undertaken by Africa Civil ranges from large industrial scale civil, concrete and building works to small scale renovations and alterations.

Africa Civil is a well-respected and acknowledged construction company in and around the Zululand area, with recommendations coming from all fields of the industry.
