Daskop Guest & Game Farm

Daskop is a game & guest farm of 454 hectare. The farm is situated just outside Ficksburg in the Eastern Free State, between the slopes of the beautiful Imperani Mountain and the western banks of the Caledon River in South Africa.

There are three types of different typography, which makes staying at Daskop so special and unique. Not only on the plains, but in the mountains and bushes you find different game all year around. For hunting on Daskop the best period is between March and October.

There are 14 species of game on the farm. Spot Eland, Black Wildebeest, Red Hartebeest, Burchell Zebra, Common Reedbuck, Mountain Reedbuck, Impala, Springbok, Grey Duiker, Blesbuck, Ostrich, Waterbuck, Gemsbuck (Oryx), Kudu, Fallow Deer and Emu.

The double story guesthouse provides luxury accommodation in all bedrooms. The guesthouse is built with sandstone and brick and is ideal for a group up to 14 people. In the guesthouse are 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a full equipped kitchen with appliances, an attic room, large living area with closed in patio and outside are braai-facilities.
