Dance Lab

Dance Lab is dedicated to offering quality and affordable dance instruction. We pride ourselves in teaching dance styles at all levels of dance from beginners to advanced. We offer a safe place where people can learn dance, improve their technique, meet new friends, feel safe and comfortable while having fun. We offer a variety of dance styles and pricing options for all levels of interest, with greater emphasis on group classes. Our coaches have access to continuous training and development programs to ensure our students are kept up-to-date with new techniques and styles. Dance Lab welcomes all individuals to come and try out a free class in our different styles of dance and to explore your abilities of dance.
We offer Modern Jazz, Hip Hop, Acro and Tap classes. Other classes on offer are Pilates, Yoga, Stretching, Belly Dancing and Zumba.
