Cycle Tribe Studio

Cycle Tribe combines traditional spinning on stationery spin bikes and cross training with functional training equipment, including medicine balls, free weights, suspension trainers, resistance bands etc.

This incredibly fun, high energy and intense workout gives you the best of both worlds, with the benefits of cycling combined with the amazing benefits of functional training.

Cycle Tribe is carried out in a group session where the instructor guides you through the entire hour. It is an amazing full body workout packaged in an inviting and personalised studio environment, with inspiring music in a social atmosphere.
