When conceptualising Curry Up, the owners decided to make Indian dining trendy, yet accessible, at the convenience provided by Clearwater Mall. One of the chefs, from Durban, creates the most authentic Durban curries you are likely to came across. The other chef, from India, delivers the most fantastic North Indian specialities.
Starters include traditional Paneer tikka, Murgh Malal and Chilli Bites whilst Main Courses include Roti Rolls, Bunny Chow and a variety of Curries. For those who are not familiar with Indian food, the Butter Chicken (boneless tandoori chicken cooked in a rich creamy tomato sauce), the Lamb Vindaloo (a spicy hot dish from Goo made with coconut and lots of hot red chilli peppers) and the Veg Biryani (an Indian dish made with highly seasoned vegetables) are sure winners.
For Dessert, try the Kheer (saffron and cardamom infused milky and nutty rice dessert) or the Bombay Crush (an exquisite rose flavoured milkshake)!
