CrossFit® is the principal strength and conditioning program that delivers a fitness that is, by design, broad, general, and inclusive. Our specialty is not specializing.

The CrossFit® program is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience. We scale load and intensity for all level of athelets and people to create a relative intensity that is specific for you.

At CrossFit Fetish we provide personal training in a group setting. You will receive shared attention with 1-16 other clients. This means that you can have a personal trainer at a price you can afford with some independence. Expect constant attention from your trainer during skill training and an extra push during your workout. In addition, you will receive coaching on flexibility, mobility, and nutrition.

After becoming a member, you can outrun a lifter, and out lift a runner. You stay lean and will never become bulky. Your independence in the real world will sky rocket because you have learned the correct technique to dead lift (pick up objects), clean (pick up an object and bring it to your chest), and push press (pick up an object and put it overhead).

Workouts are varied. We combine elements of gymnastics, Olympic weightlifting, rowing, and running into our classes so that your workouts are constantly varied and unique, and ensuring that you will always make progress. Some workouts are done for time, others for maximum number of reps. Anyway you slice it you’ll be working hard!

After each workout, we write your reps, times and the specifics for the workout up on the white board. It doesn’t matter if you’re first or last. But when the same exercise comes up again in your workout a few weeks or even months later, and you’re then able to get a better time, more reps, more weight, and so on, you will literally be able to see how much you’ve improved.
