CrossFit BUC (Bodies Under Construction) is an affiliated gym situated in Lyttleton, Centurion.

We offer elite fitness coaching, training and programs that are focused on the CrossFit methods. Our aim is to offer a friendly and enjoyable fitness community where ANYONE IS WELCOME. Our workouts are scalable to any fitness level, age or experience and is result orientated. Our CrossFit trainers are CrossFit certified, highly motivated, determined and have an insane PASSION FOR FITNESS.

CrossFit BUC is the site where your bodies will be under construction, to gain results and improve fitness, reach your goals and be in the best shape of your life.

We work Hard, Sweat, Shout, Scream, Cry and Push beyond our limits but WE NEVER GIVE UP!!!
